Founder of Harmony Academy
From science to practice. From development to self-regulation. From the individual to the system.
About the author
Psychologist, neuropsychologist, forensic psychological expert, lecturer, and author whose professional work combines applied psychological practice, developmental neuropsychology, forensic psychological assessment, professional education, and original methodological approaches.
For more than fifteen years she has worked across developmental neuropsychology, forensic expertise and organizational psychology, gradually shaping a coherent body of knowledge that became the foundation of Harmony Academy.
As the author of the ARMIND methodology and the Three Forces (3FC) concept, she builds tools that connect academic psychology with real needs — child development, expert assessment, personal resilience, and organizational health.
“I believe that sustainable development — personal, developmental, or organizational — is only possible where scientific precision meets genuine human attention.”
Development that has meaning. Meaning that creates harmony.
Institutional platform
A scientific, educational and practice platform connecting psychology, neuropsychology, professional education, research and applied systems.
Harmony Academy emerged from the need to unite the separate strands of Armine Davtyan's practice into one coherent system — sharing a common philosophy, scientific foundation and consistent methodology. The Academy is not a collection of independent services; it is one ecosystem, applied across different contexts — from child development to forensic expertise to organizational consulting.
Mission
To connect academic psychology with practice — through education, research and applied methodologies that remain evidence-based, ethical and humane.
Every applied direction is grounded in neuropsychological and psychological research, not popular simplifications.
The Academy trains specialists and informs a wider audience through articles, methodological materials and lectures.
Methodologies are implemented in real settings — a development center, forensic expert practice, and organizational consulting.
Scientific and methodological publications, textbooks, and articles are presented on the ORCID profile.
One philosophy, four applied directions, united by a shared system of values and methodology.
Applied directions
Each direction is an independent field of practice, grown from Harmony Academy's shared scientific and methodological foundation.
